WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE DIAL-A-DRIVER SERVICES OF TINY AND HENRY DAWSON IN KERIKERI.

Over the 26 hours between 1400 hours Friday 19/6/09 and 1600 hours Saturday 20/6/09 Tiny and Henry very ably
- met each of us a BOI airport
- showed us around Kerikeri
- recommended a FABULOUS Italian restaurant for dinner
- next day paid $10 cash to the driver of the taxi we caught home from the restaurant that night when we didn't have cash to pay
- waited patiently for us in the morning when our breakfast meals took awhiel to arrive
- took us over to Okaihau (some 30 ksm sway) for our meeting
- shot back to the airport to uplift another of our party who wasn't expecting the need to find transportation to get to our meeting
- called back in to the motel to retrieve clothing we'd left behind
- came back to Okaihau to collect us all
- returned us to BOI airport whilst showing us the best scenary along with way, stopping to allow us to take photos

Tiny and Henry did all this without any fuss and we really appreciated all they did.  They are great ambassadors for the Kerikeri BOI area and I will certainly remember to use them anytime I visit the BOI area.  i recommend any traveller does the same as they know how to take care of travellers, leaving us happy, full, rested and worry free, able to concentrate on our business at hand. 

I WISH TINY AND HENRY COULD BRING THEIR EXCELLENT SERVICES TO AUCKLAND!!!

If you plan to visit Paihia, Kerikeri and/or Waipapa and don't have a car, then I would definitely recommend DIAL-A-RIDE. It's a taxi firm but it is cheaper than the bus!
I traveled from Paihia - Kerkeri which would have been $17 on the bus which only goes once a day. Instead I did Dial-a-ride and it only cost $10. Fantastic.

If you are travelling from Paihia they pick up by the main information building by the wharf in town.
The taxi driver was a real character as well - he had me in stiches !!!!
